Do you ship outside the US?...

Yes, however shipping cost may be subject to change.

How do I place my order?...

Online anytime, anywhere 24hrs a day.

When will i receive my order?...

All orders will be shipped within 48hrs and received USPS in 5-7 days after receiving shipping confirmation. Expedited shipping: 1-3 days also available with additional cost, please contact via phone and/or email for more details.

Scheduled Pick-Up available during normal business hours. Option available at checkout.

What form of payments are accepted?...

All forms of DC/CC payments accepted, including Paypal/Swipe for your convenience and protection.

**FYI...When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

Has my order been placed & shipped?...

When placing an order please allow up to 2 days (48hrs) for processing and confirmation. You’ll receive two email confirmations: (1) once your order has been received, (2) once the order is shipped which will also include tracking.

Can I modify / cancel my order?...

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel any order.

Do you restock products?...

We do our best to stay up to date on inventory and restock in a timely manner. Feel free to email us, if you need more information on a specific product.
